Acceptance

By accessing or using Qixapp ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, don't use the site. These terms may be updated from time to time, and continued use after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

The service

Qixapp provides a collection of free, browser-based utility tools. The tools are offered without charge, without registration, and without warranty. Files you process are handled locally on your device and are not transmitted to or stored by us.

Acceptable use

You may use the tools for any lawful purpose. You may not:

• Use the tools to process content you don't have legal rights to (for example, copyrighted material you don't own or have permission to use)
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the site's availability or security
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the tools beyond what is plainly visible in the browser
• Use automated systems (bots, scrapers, etc.) to access the site in ways that degrade performance for other users
• Use the tools to violate any applicable law, regulation, or third-party right

No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the tools will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or produce results that meet your specific requirements. You use the tools at your own risk.

While the tools are designed to process your files locally without transmission, you are responsible for keeping backups of any important files. We are not responsible for data loss, corruption, or any other consequence of using the tools.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qixapp and its operator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to use the Service, which is zero.

Intellectual property

The Qixapp name, logo, design, and source code are the property of the site operator. The tools are made available for use, not for redistribution as competing services. You retain all rights to any files you process with the tools, since those files never leave your device.

Third-party services

Qixapp uses Google AdSense to display ads. Google's terms and privacy practices apply to their services. See the privacy policy for details on how advertising data is handled.

Changes to the service

We may add, modify, or remove tools at any time without notice. We may also discontinue the Service entirely. Since the tools are free and run locally, removing a tool from the site does not affect any tool you've already used or files you've already created.

Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved through informal good-faith communication first, and through the appropriate legal venue if that fails.
